Visit this historical distillery and get a behind-the-scenes look into traditional bourbon whiskey production. Twenty-eight (28) acres of bourbon whiskey production, barrel storage, and history (did you know there has been a distillery there since 1885?). See it all, from grain unloading to barrel dumping, then taste a few Green River Distilling products.
This is a "behind the scenes" tour that will expose you to many different aspects of whiskey production! As such, it takes approximately sixty (60) minutes and requires walking up and down four (4) flights of stairs and over uneven ground. Comfortable, closed toe walking shoes are suggested.
While not explicitly prohibited, small children may not enjoy the loud noises and high temperatures that may be present during your trip through the still house. Green River Distilling is a no smoking campus and there are no areas on-site where smoking is permitted. Photos are allowed on almost all parts of the tour. All guests wishing to enjoy the included product tasting must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
This tour is limited to twenty-five (25) attendees and may be selected during the registration process. The tour is filled on a first-come, first-served basis and is approximately one (1) hour. Transportation is not provided; attendees must drive to the facility.
This activity has a minimum number of attendees and is filled on a first-come, first-served basis. You can make your selection during the registration process. Although it is highly unlikely, KSHN reserves the right to cancel any class that does not meet the minimum number of participants. But that never happens; classes fill quickly so register early!
