OSHA 7505, Introduction to Incident (Accident) Investigation

This class presents advanced instruction and is presented cost-free to full conference registrants! You can make your class selection during the registration process and the course is filled on a first-come, first-served basis. This class is limited to the first forty (40) paid registrants.
This class is an introduction to basic accident investigation procedures and describes accident analysis techniques. Class topics include reasons for conducting accident investigations, employer responsibilities related to workplace accident investigations, and a four (4) step incident investigation procedure. The target audience for this class is the employer, manager, employee, or employee representative who is involved in conducting incident, near-miss, or close call investigations. Attendees will learn the basic skills necessary to conduct an effective accident investigation at the workplace.
Attendees that successfully complete this course will receive the OSHA 7505 Certificate of Completion. Attendees must participate in the entire duration of the classes Monday and Tuesday to be eligible for the training credit and certificate.
This course has a minimum and maximum number of attendees. Although it is highly unlikely, KSHN reserves the right to cancel this course if it does not achieve the minimum number of students. But that’s never happened, the classes fill quickly!
